This fantastic holdiday house on Mallorca can accomondate 6 people. The house is 180m2 and situated on a 1200m2 big estate with a lovely swimmingpool. The central situation of this house means that you have supermarkets close by and all the big tourist cities with many cafees and shops with in a short distance.
Description.
Situation.
Beni is a villa for 6 persons and is set in a quiet area on the outskirts of Porto Colom, direction s'Horta. In 5 minutes’ walk you can reach two supermarkets, and in 10 minutes the charming harbor with excellent restaurants and cafes overlooking the water. Porto Colom is a well-preserved fishing village with authentic charm. Here you can still see the fishermen repairing the nets on the pier. There is a large sandy beach with fine sand and bordered by pine trees, the Cala Marcal, which is to be reached in 15 minutes, and the beach Es Babo can be reached in less than 5 minutes by car. In just 6 km away, the famous tourist resort of Cala d'Or is located, with a large selection of restaurants, boutiques and souvenir shops, as well as the picturesque marina.
Interior.
The Villa furnished in a very cozy way and provides plenty of natural light. On the ground floor you will find a local fitness club, which also has a paddle square. Guests of the Villa Beni can train during their holiday and use all the facilities for free.
The accommodation is located on the first floor and divided into two levels. The first floor offers a large and friendly dining room with comfortable sofas and access to a covered terrace and a large, well-equipped kitchen. On the same floor there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both shares a common bathroom. Most rooms have access to the terrace that surrounds the house.
A beautiful marble staircase leads to the upper floor with lots of light and access to a terrace overlooking the village and the sea. Here you will find the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and Jacuzzi. The house has central heating and the master bedroom has air-conditioning.

Outside.
The back of the villa offers a comfortable place to relax. The private pool (9m x 5m.) has roman steps and is surrounded by a lawn area and a terrace with sunbeds. An olive tree provides shade. The covered outdoor terrace is furnished with teakwood table and chairs. A brick barbecue area creates a cozy atmosphere perfect for enjoying dinners. There is also an exterior toilet.
On the back of the house begins a very natural and beautifully landscaped path that leads to a playground / park "La Fé", about 500m away. Here you can have a little picnic down the old trees shade.
