From the glazed in terrace, which is used as a dining room, one has a wonderful view over the whole valley of Moraira. The community pool is in approx. 2 minutes walking distance. The apartment, on the first floor, has approx. 84 m2 living area. The furniture are castellano style, the plot is completely fenced in. In 1km distance is a big supermarket, shops and Restaurants, in 2 km Golf and in 3 km Tennis. To Moraira and the beach are 4km.
