This cozy cottage is located in a peaceful settlement of the village Sainpuits. The village is 5 minutes by car for fresh bread, a small supermarket and a cafe. In Bouhy (10 minutes) is a baker, a butcher, a gas station and a cafe-restaurant. Approximately 10 km from the house and Saint-Amand Puisaye that Yahoo has a weekly market, supermarket, bank, etc.
